Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before submitting your personal details through the form on the Swan Research and Social Study Foundation herein after referred as Sedor International Pvt Ltd website. By submitting your information, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from providing your personal data.

Payment Policy

Registration Fee:
To participate in the S-Quest exam organized by Sedor International Pvt Ltd, a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 750/- ( including government taxes) is required.

Payment Methods:
Payments can be made through our secure online payment gateway. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets. Please note that cash payments or cheques will not be accepted.

Currency:
All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payment Confirmation:
​Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation message/email with your registration details. Please retain this message/ email for future reference.

Late Payments:
Registrations without payment or with incomplete payments will not be considered valid. Ensure that the registration fee is paid in full within the specified deadline to secure your participation.

No Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Fee:
The registration fee for the S-Quest exam is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the payment is made, it cannot be refunded, even in cases of non-participation, cancellation, or disqualification. ​

Acknowledgment of Policy:
By completing the registration process and making the payment, participants acknowledge and accept the no refund policy.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
In exceptional cases where the S-Quest exam is cancelled or rescheduled by Sedor International Pvt Ltd, participants will be duly informed, and alternative arrangements or options may be provided at the discretion of the organizers. However, refunds will not be issued. The information will be updated through message and email and will also be available on www.swanfoundation.in

Legal discretion:

Sedor International Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable if the notifications sent to you via sms/email/voice call/WhatsApp call on the contact number or email address provided by you and registered with your account written as an undelivered due to wrong number or email address or due to any technical issues from the service provider.

The Sedor International Pvt Ltd reserves the right to use names, photos of the students for promotion purpose.

The decision taken by Sedor International Pvt Ltd Management will be final and abiding on all related to the same.

If there is any threatening in any means/ illogical arguments regarding the exams, patterns, study materials, delivery, results and /or awards even after primarily agreeing to all he conditions and replied to the specific resolutions to the queries and then the participation and result of the said student will be terminated and the result will be discarded.

In case of any legal proceedings, every aspect shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and all disputes and differences arising between the parties in relation to the matter shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune only.

By consenting to these guidelines, you warrant that you won’t post any messages on social media platforms that are disgusting, foul, explicitly arranged, derisive, undermining or any case violate of any laws. Sedor International Pvt Ltd claims all authority to eliminate, alter, move or close any substance things under any circumstances.
